A voluntary, time limited treatment program for emerging adults aged 16-24 who have prominent symptoms of mood, anxiety, psychosis or borderline personality disorder * focus is on providing stabilization and short-term treatment for emerging adults to ensure a successful transition from child and youth services to adult mental health services * team includes psychiatry, occupational therapy, social work, and focuses on providing stabilization and short-term treatment * services are provided to both patients and their families or caregivers * referral form can be found at one-Link Services include:
