Description of Services: Diabetes education for children and adolescents * children, adolescents and their families receive interdisciplinary care * follow-up is maintained at regular three month intervals for ongoing support and education * team members involved are nurses, dietitians, social workers, child life and art therapy instructors, endocrinologist and psychologist by referral * fully developed insulin pump program
