Hospital-based outpatient day program with a focus on rehabilitation * patients are engaged in setting their treatment goals and are expected to participate in their assigned home program to help their full functional recovery * virtual care is also available upon request Outpatient physiotherapy services include:
Hip replacement patients can start outpatient physiotherapy between 2-6 weeks post surgery, and usually only need 1-3 visits |

| Application: | A referral from an orthopedic surgeon is required * also accepts referrals from GTA Rehab Network and patients who did not have a surgery at THP | ||
