Description of Services: Non medical voluntary detoxification in a residential setting * day programs to support individuals maintaining abstinence and transition to other community supports * screening, assessment, withdrawal, stabilization, supportive care, discharge planning and follow up

Fees: Most services covered by OHIP
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People 16 years or older with a substance use disorder involving alcohol, prescription drugs, illicit drugs or solvents, or in withdrawal * clients must abstain from any substance use for two weeks before they can qualify for day programs
Application: Self referral by calling the centre at 519-749-4318 * phone screening will be completed once a bed becomes available
